Erico “Oso” Romero grew up in the family restaurant business, which is where his love for creating fine food started. Familiar with many culinary styles, Erico’s love for smoked meats developed in Northwest Montana.  Learning from the best, Erico started to develop his own style and recipes.

With a strong foundation of authentic, Mexican recipes and cooking techniques passed down from generation to generation, Erico started experimenting with combining the family recipes with his cured and smoked specialties.  Erico’s smoked meats combined with an authentic Mexican twist has made Oso Catering’s dishes unique to anything else in the Flathead Valley.
